Job summary

Sunshine Mitre 10 in Bundaberg seeks a Trade Sales Person for our trade division. You will support trade customers with product selection, help unload and store materials, and drive friendly, informed service at the counter.

Ideal candidates understand hardware/building products, hold a forklift license or can obtain one, and demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork to deliver great customer experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware/building sector preferred.
• Forklift license (or ability to obtain before start).
• Self-motivated with a strong team focus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selection of building products and provide expert advice.
• Unload and store heavy and light timbers and building materials.
• Pick and pack orders and handle counter sales.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Contribute to a positive, friendly shopping environment.
