Lawrence & Hanson is seeking a customer‑facing sales assistant to be the friendly face at the trade counter, answer calls and emails, and ensure customers get the right products on time. Training is provided while you build relationships with customers and suppliers in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
• A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
• Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
• Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided).
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great.
• Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly.
