• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
• A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
• Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Looking for a role that’s fast-paced, social, and full of reward.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
• Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided).
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great.
• Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly.
