Lawrence & Hanson is seeking an enthusiastic frontline customer service and sales team member at our Noosa Shire branch. You will be the friendly face at the trade counter, assist over the phone and via email, and ensure customers receive the right products on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
• A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
• Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
• Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided).
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great.
• Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly.
