Job summary

Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment is seeking a Trade Reporting Analyst for a permanent, full‑time role with a leading Financial Services client in Sydney. You will support the Fixed Income Trading Team and cover the trade lifecycle across fixed income and OTC derivatives.

The role requires developing a framework to support trade reporting across systems, processes and controls, plus creating KPIs and reports while ensuring regulatory compliance with ASIC and global standards.

Qualifications

Understanding of trade lifecycle across asset classes (fixed income, OTC derivatives).
Experience with OTC products and regulatory considerations.
Ability to develop frameworks and operating models for trade reporting across systems and processes.
Familiarity with major trading and reporting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the Trade Reporting of all OTC Derivatives.
Develop and document a framework and operating model for Trade Reporting across systems, processes, procedures and controls.
Develop key metrics and reporting for all aspects of Trade Reporting.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulatory requirements and operating rules.
Monitor Trade Reporting KPIs, action logs and SLAs.
Monitor Depository Trade Reporting Clearing Broker Reconciliation.
