Job summary

The Swimming Pool & Spa Association of Australia is seeking a customer-focused team member to support the Trade Counter in our I&P branches. You will help landscapers, irrigation specialists, and tradespeople access the products they need and keep the branch running smoothly.

Daily duties include assisting customers with product information, quoting in person and over the phone, picking, packing, stock control, keeping areas tidy and safe, and delivering goods using a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or the pool industry.
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Clean, valid driver's licence and safe driving record.
• Willingness to develop career within the network or head office.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
