Job summary

Reece Civil in Oak Flats is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver to support engineers, project managers and tradespeople. You will help customers access products, quote requests, handle stock and packing, and perform occasional deliveries with the company vehicle in a busy branch environment.

The role emphasises customer service, accurate information, and flexibility to learn new systems while maintaining branch safety, tidiness, and stock control.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
