Job summary

Reece Group in Tweed Heads is seeking a motivated Trade Counter team member to deliver parts to customers, assist plumbers and tradespeople, and help run the warehouse and counter smoothly. You will handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone, assist with order picking, and maintain accurate product information.

You will need a clean driving licence and be able to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Able to learn new systems and work with tech.
• Hold a clean, valid driver’s licence and be open to weekends.

About The Role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Tweed Heads, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A Typical Day Involves

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Is tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
