Job summary

Reece Plumbing in Mentone, Victoria, is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. You’ll provide customer service and information about products, and prepare quotes in person or over the phone.

A typical day includes picking, packing and stock control, keeping the branch tidy and safe, and occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle. Weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Hold a clean, valid driver’s licence and be willing to work various shifts, including weekends.
