Job summary

Reece Melton is seeking a friendly Trade Counter Assistant to help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects.

You’ll provide customer service, quotes, pick packing and stock control, keep the branch tidy and safe, and may make deliveries with a company vehicle. If you enjoy helping customers in person and over the phone and have a clean driving licence, this role could suit you.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers in person and over the phone.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems.

Responsibilities
