Job summary

Reece Irrigation And Pools in Greenacres is seeking a friendly retail professional to join our Trade Counter team. You’ll help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need, provide quotes, and support day-to-day store operations.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, enjoy helping customers, can learn new systems, and are flexible with shifts including weekends. A clean driver’s licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech-savvy and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office

About The Role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Greenacres, you’ll help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A Typical Day Will Involve

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
