Reece Group is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver for our Bankstown branch in Sydney, Australia. You will assist plumbers and tradespeople with product access and perform branch duties to keep operations running smoothly.

No prior trade industry experience is required as paid on-the-job training will be provided, with development opportunities across the broader network. You’ll deliver to customers and support stock control and shop displays while upskilling through tailored

About the opportunity

As part of the Branch Staff team at Bankstown, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

No trade industry experience? No problem.

We believe skills can be taught. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused role, your skills could be a great fit. We’ll teach you the rest through paid, on-the-job training and ongoing development.

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Offering quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives.
