Job summary

CSR is inviting applications for a Warehouse Operator & Sales role at the Direk Trade Centre in SA. Be part of the new Gyprock Trade Centre and help drive its early success with a strong customer-service focus.

The position is full-time, based in Direk, SA, with reporting to the Store Manager. You will join the Trade Centre team delivering exceptional service and achieving operational excellence in-store and in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, trade supplies, hardware, automotive parts or similar industries.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• A valid forklift licence and relevant operating experience are essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to perform physical warehouse tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with product selection and orders.
• Process sales, invoices and payments.
• Build strong relationships with trade customers.
• Coordinate customer collections and deliveries.
• Assist with stock control and warehouse activities.
• Operate a forklift and undertake loading/unloading duties.
• Maintain a safe and organised workplace.
