Job summary

Workfast is seeking Trade Assistants to join a remedial wharf project in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This casual role offers $38.70 per hour plus penalties and superannuation, with an immediate start and ongoing work.

Shifts run Monday to Friday from 7:00 am with a minimum eight hours per day, and occasional Saturday 5–6 hours when busy. You will perform civil construction tasks, concrete patching and placing, and operate hammer drills and jackhammers under site supervision.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's Licence.
• White Card.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Experienced Trade Assistants.
• Concrete patching and placing experience.
• Hand tool experience with hammer drills and jackhammers.
• Civil working experience.
• Great attitude, reliable and proactive personality.
• Clear D&A 7 days before start date.

Responsibilities

• Civil construction work and skilled labour as a Trade Assistant.
• Concrete patching and placing.

• Demolition saws.
• Chase concrete.
• General construction duties.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Assist team as necessary.
