Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking a reliable Trade Assistant for casual onsite work at WA residential and commercial sites.

You'll assist with preparing, positioning, and installing structural steel, and perform general duties such as material handling, grinding and site housekeeping. White Card is required; immediate start available for the right candidate. Ongoing steady work with opportunity to gain solid site experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable Trade Assistant or construction labourer background preferred.
• White Card required.
• Dogging or Rigging ticket is a bonus but not essential.
• No trade certificate required.

Job description

Opportunity

Casual onsite role assisting with steel installation on mainly residential projects (plus some commercial work). You’ll support the team with preparing, positioning, fitting and installing structural steel, plus general Trade Assistant duties including material handling, grinding, cleaning and site housekeeping.

Experience

Reliable Trade Assistant or construction labourer background preferred. White Card required. Dogging or Rigging ticket is a bonus but not essential. Physically capable, safety-focused and ready to help out wherever needed on site. No trade certificate required.
