Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Maintainer/Operator for Rio Tinto Rail Operations in the Pilbara. Based out of the 2 Mile Facility, you will safely operate and maintain track resurfacing equipment and support critical maintenance projects across a vast rail network.
Role requires 2+ years operating Plasser track machines, strong fault-finding skills, and a WA electrical or mechanical trade qualification.

Based out of the 2 Mile Facility, you'll be responsible for safely operating and maintaining specialised rail resurfacing equipment while supporting critical track maintenance and renewal projects across the Rio Tinto rail network. Travel and overnight stays at various locations throughout the network will be required.

Supporting Rio Tinto's integrated rail operations, you'll be working across a privately owned network spanning more 2,000km of track servicing multiple iron ore operations throughout the Pilbara. This critical network moves millions of tonnes of ore each year and continues to adopt innovative technologies to improve safety, reliability and productivity.
