UGL Regional Linx in NSW is seeking a Track and Civil Engineer to lead corridor access engineering activities across our network. You will work with engineers, planners, government bodies, developers and councils to deliver safe, practical outcomes for the CRN.

You will guide technical decision-making, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and help develop the team while improving processes and templates. A Civil Engineering background and strong communication are essential to build durable

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil preferred).
Strong technical and engineering assessment skills.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Provide technical leadership across corridor access engineering activities.
Review proposals against CRN standards and asset principles.
Coordinate multidisciplinary assessments with track, civil, structural, signalling and more.
Advise on third-party works, development applications and property activities.
Identify safety and operational risks and apply sound judgement.
Support continuous improvement of systems and engineering practices.
