Job summary

John Holland Group is seeking an experienced Track Build Supervisor to coordinate on-site teams for the Sydney Metro West Linewide Project. You will deliver scopes in line with project plans and schedules, while ensuring safety, quality, and timely performance.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, reviewing drawings, and maintaining regular progress reporting to the Project Manager. Strong rail and construction experience, plus a track record on major projects, are essential.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or equivalent is required.
• Diploma in Building/Construction preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in top-down track slab construction on major projects.
• Experience across construction, infrastructure and rail sectors.
• Strong safety focus and ability to manage subcontractors and labour.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors to meet scope, plans and schedule.
• Lead health, safety and environment management and reporting.
• Review plans, drawings and design documentation for constructability.
• Manage budgets, costs and supplier/labour performance within authority.
• Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and communication.
