Job summary

RATP Dev Western Sydney Airport is seeking an Asset Manager – Track to lead safe, reliable management of the permanent way asset through Testing, Commissioning and transition into Operations & Maintenance.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Maintenance, you will drive lifecycle strategies, asset acceptance and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with RSNL, SMS and ISO 55001 across the WSA track infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading track asset management and maintenance strategies.
• Ability to provide O&M input into design reviews and commissioning.
• Proven capability in lifecycle planning, RAMS governance, and asset data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Track Asset Management Strategy and maintenance framework.
• Provide input to design reviews, testing, commissioning, and asset acceptance.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for permanent way.
• Support Operational Readiness planning and engineering assurance activities.
• Establish maintenance documentation and asset hierarchies in Maximo.
• Collaborate with Sydney Metro, Webuild, Siemens and contractors.
