Job summary

TAL, Australia’s leading life insurer, is seeking a Change Lead for the TPD Claims team to coordinate initiatives that improve the customer and partner experience. You will work across teams to ensure changes are delivered thoughtfully, embedded effectively, and aligned with best practice in claims management.

In this role you will build strong stakeholder relationships, manage delivery timelines, track progress, and provide reporting while supporting day-to-day administration and maintaining

Qualifications

  • Experience in life insurance or financial services with an understanding of customer and business priorities.
  • Coordinate multiple initiatives effectively, balancing competing priorities to deliver outcomes on time.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support collaboration, engagement and successful change delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned through change.
  • Apply strong attention to detail to manage information accurately and support high-quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability and a proactive approach to solving problems in a dynamic environment.

  • Track initiative progress and provide meaningful reporting to enable informed decision-making and internal change and comms briefings.
  • Support the team with day to day administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and quality standards while delivering customer-focused outcomes.

Job Description

At TAL, this role in this newly formed team helps bring meaningful improvements to the claims experience by coordinating initiatives that support better outcomes for customers, partners and our people. Working across teams, the role ensures change is delivered thoughtfully, embedded effectively and aligned to best practice claims management. By connecting stakeholders, supporting capability uplift and driving continuous improvement, this role plays an important part in helping TAL fulfil its purpose of protecting Australians and giving them confidence for the future when they need it most.

In This Role You Will
