Responsibilities

• Prepare, lodge, and manage Development Applications (DAs) and Complying Development Certificates (CDCs).
• Lead planning approvals for telecommunications site upgrades and 5G deployments.
• Manage Deployment Code consultation processes including community notifications and council liaison.
• Conduct planning and design reviews to identify appropriate approval pathways.
• Support stakeholder engagement including councils, communities, and internal project teams.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert planning advice to project delivery teams.
• Identify risks, resolve planning issues and track progress against project milestones.

We are seeking an experienced National Town Planner to manage planning approvals, stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance across telecommunications upgrade projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring development applications and planning processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and within strict timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
