Willowtree Planning in North Sydney (NSW) is seeking a Town Planner to join our growth‑minded team. You will support planning projects from concept through approvals, coordinating sub‑consultants and preparing planning documents within NSW legislative frameworks.

We value a 2–5 year background in town planning, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate concise advice. The role offers career development, mentoring, and an inclusive culture focused on quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualification in town planning or related discipline with 2–5 years' experience
• Experience coordinating planning projects and sub-consultants
• Experience providing planning due diligence and approvals pathway advice
• Understanding of NSW Planning legislation and recent changes
• Experience in preparing Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements and Planning Proposal documents
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to write concise reports

• You have a qualification in town planning or related discipline (2-5 years' experience);
• You thrive on project managing planning projects and co-ordinate various sub-consultants;
• You have experience in providing planning due diligence advice and planning approvals pathway advice and strategies;
• You have an understanding of current NSW Planning legislation and recent changes to legislation;
• You have Experience in the preparation of Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements and Planning Proposal documents;
• Attention to detail and proven ability to write high quality and concise advice, reports and submissions.
