Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Tourist Information Centre Coordinator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, near Uluru. You will be the face of our Tourist Information Centre, delivering exceptional customer service and insights to help guests enjoy their Red Centre adventure.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced coordinator with a passion for culture and environment, able to open/close the TIC, promote local attractions, and support the wider resort team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests seeking information about tours, attractions, and resort services including business partners.
• Coordinate bookings for tours, transportation, and activities.
• Open and close Tours Information Centre at designated trading hours.

We are seeking an experienced tour information coordinator who is passionate about culture and environment to join our Guest Activities team. This role you will be the face of our Tourist Information Centre, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, offering valuable insights to help our guests make the most of their Red Centre adventure. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for tourism and hospitality.

Key Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests seeking information about tours, attractions, and resort services including business partners.
• Coordinate bookings for tours, transportation, and activities.
• Opening and closing Tours Information Centre at designated trading hours.
• Assist in promoting Uluru and the surrounding area by sharing cultural and historical insights.
• Support the wider resort team with information-sharing and administrative tasks.
