Job summary

Tandem Partners is recruiting a Remuneration Specialist for a six-month contract in Sydney, offering hybrid WFH. You will own core remuneration processes, lead annual reviews, benchmarking, pricing and position evaluation, and work closely with payroll to translate data into insights.

You will report to senior leaders, contribute to governance and compliance, and mentor a Remuneration Officer, ensuring accurate, timely delivery during a high‑volume remuneration cycle.

Qualifications

• Experienced remuneration professional with track record in medium/large organisations.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate payroll/workforce data.
• Knowledge of remuneration governance, compliance and CPS 511 principles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual remuneration review, salary benchmarking, market pricing and position evaluation.
• Develop remuneration modelling and analytics to inform decisions.
• Support governance, compliance initiatives and executive reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders, providing trusted remuneration advice.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to Remuneration Officer and Payroll team.
