Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a Toolstore person in South Guildford to manage tooling assets and coordinate consumables for our team. The role reports to the Toolstore Supervisor and is a permanent full-time position based with our South Guildford Team.

Responsibilities include ordering consumables, scheduling tool calibrations, and liaison with Mechanics and Technicians for tooling needs, plus inventory control. Forklift licence is desirable but not essential, and strong admin and MS Office skills are

Qualifications

• Forklift Licence desirable but not essential.
• Outstanding customer service and excellent communication.
• Basic administration skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Mechanical knowledge and tooling/parts understanding.
• Team player with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the departments tooling assets.
• Ordering consumable items.
• Scheduling tooling calibrations.
• Liaising with Mechanics & Technicians with specific tooling requirements – signing in and out of tools.
• Inventory control.
