Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a motivated Tool Store Coordinator to support our Pilbara project. Based on a Fly in, Fly out roster, you will manage the customer site tool store, book tooling in and out, conduct asset inductions, and prepare materials for shutdown work.

You will work across multiple sites, maintain safety standards, and use our inventory system to track stock, perform stock takes, and assist with assembly/disassembly of tool stores.

Qualifications

• You must have the ability to work across various sites, shift patterns & locations (local, regional & remote).
• Strong safety focus with an ability to promote a positive safety culture.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Man the tool store on the customer site.
• Book tooling and equipment in and out through our system.
• Complete asset inductions, pre-hire inspections and maintenance activities for tool store products.
• Pick, pack and prepare containers for shutdown work based on project specifications.
• Unpack tool store upon completion of project and transfer products in system.
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of tool stores on the customer site.
• Assist in the completion of regular stock take activities.
• Perform general housekeeping duties for tool store.
