Job summary

Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited seeks a Toolstore Controller to ensure the availability and supply of tooling and consumables for customer sites across Western Australia, with the possibility of working offshore as required. This is a permanent full time role based in Perth with remote shutdown work as required, which may involve extended periods away from home.

• Familiarisation with Take 5’s and JSEA’s.
• Drivers Licence and Forklift License.
• Trade Qualifications welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage, source and plan tooling and consumables to meet customer demands.
• Provide quality customer service and experience.
• Assist with opportunities to maximise equipment utilisation.
• Ensure tooling & equipment is in good working order ready for hire.
• Manage the dispatch and retrieval of tooling and equipment.
• Conduct stock takes and record inventory data electronically, report as required.
