Job summary

Ripple Treasury is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to design and analyze customer requirements across all Ripple Treasury modules and implement functionality on time and on budget.

You will run discovery sessions, document scope, articulate configuration strategies, train clients and internal teams, contribute to solution build, provide ongoing support, and explore up‑selling opportunities within a fast‑moving, globally focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience.
• Enrolment in CFA, CTP or other professional program is a plus.
• Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking or Fintech.
• Proven track record in project management and Treasury system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions with clients on technical requirements and business processes for treasury instruments and related modules.
• Gather and understand full requirements and document the scope of implementation.
• Articulate configuration rationale and strategy to meet client goals.
• Train clients and internal teams on modules and market best practices.
• Participate in building and implementing the solution; troubleshoot as needed.
