Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a TMS Functional/Technical Consultant for a 6-month contract in Melbourne, Australia. The role covers implementation, rollout and enhancements, system configuration, UAT support, and issue resolution within tight timelines.

You will work with Solution Architect and project team, contribute to design workshops, training content, and knowledge transfer for BY TMS modules including Order Management, Load Planning, and Financials.

Qualifications

• BY TMS modules experience in implementation, rollout and enhancements.
• Provide functional support including business process definition and design, configuration, troubleshooting and UAT.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Load Planning & Allocation, Execution and Financial modules.
• Experience configuring optimization strategies and parameters.
• Knowledge of BY TMS Mobile App and BY TP/BA modules.
• Understanding TMS architecture and data points for inbound/outbound integration.
• Experience preparing training content and leading training delivery.
• Proven ability to resolve critical issues within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Work as a functional consultant in the implementation of TMS.
• Participate in design workshops and work on the functional design.
• Configure BY TMS and BY BA settings and configurations.
• Participate in unit testing, UAT and SIT and resolve issues.
• Coordinate testing of optimization runs.
• Address issues during Go Live and provide warranty support.
• Provide ongoing support to business users on solution queries during Go Live.
