Protech Traffic is seeking experienced TMA Drivers to support our road maintenance, construction and infrastructure projects across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions. Immediate start available for casual work with ongoing shifts and a safety-first culture.

You will operate Truck Mounted Attenuator vehicles, perform pre-shift checks, assist with traffic control, and collaborate with crews and clients.

Qualifications

• Construction White Card is required.
• QLD Traffic Control Licence (Stop/Slow Bat) required.
• TMI Accreditation required.
• MR Licence minimum (HR highly regarded) required.
• Previous TMA driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends when required.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Operate Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) vehicles in high-speed environments.
• Undertake daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Assist with traffic control setup and pack-down activities.
• Work closely with Traffic Controllers, Crew Leaders and clients.
• Maintain compliance with traffic management plans and site procedures.
• Deliver a professional and safety-first approach on every shift.
• Support a positive team culture and high safety standards.

The role as a TMA Driver, you will play a critical role in protecting work crews and road users across a variety of road maintenance, construction and infrastructure projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current Construction White Card
