Protech Traffic Pty Ltd is seeking experienced TMA drivers for ongoing work across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions. Immediate start, casual roles, and weekly pay. Driver rate starts at AUD 39.81/hour with a $15.75 per-shift allowance and additional TMA allowances.

Join a safety-conscious team delivering traffic management across road construction, civil infrastructure and maintenance projects. Career progression into Crew Leader roles is available.

Formación

• Current Construction White Card.
• Current QLD Traffic Control Licence (Stop/Slow Bat).
• Current TMI Accreditation.
• Current MR Licence minimum (HR highly regarded).
• Previous TMA driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends when required.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Operate TMA vehicles in high-speed environments.
• Undertake daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Assist with traffic control set-up and pack-down activities.
• Work closely with Traffic Controllers, Crew Leaders and clients.
• Maintain compliance with traffic management plans and site procedures.
• Deliver a professional and safety-first approach on every shift.
• Support a positive team culture and high safety standards.

The role as a TMA Driver, you will play a critical role in protecting work crews and road users across a variety of road maintenance, construction and infrastructure projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) vehicles in high-speed environments.
• Undertake daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Assist with traffic control set-up and pack-down activities.
• Work closely with Traffic Controllers, Crew Leaders and clients.
• Maintain compliance with traffic management plans and site procedures.
• Deliver a professional and safety-first approach on every shift.
• Support a positive team culture and high safety standards.
