Job summary

Stone & Wood is seeking motivated Brewers to join our Murwillumbah Brewery on a permanent full-time basis.

You'll work with a passionate team focused on quality, sustainability, and crafting great beer. This role involves a rotating shift pattern across day, afternoon, and night shifts with responsibilities across brewing operations and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing.
• Background in science, trades, mechanics, or engineering is a plus but not essential.
• Curious mind and a passion for process, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Reliable, hands-on approach with a team-first attitude.
• Love of great beer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily brewing operations and quality checks.
• Support packaging, filling, and cleaning processes.
• Collaborate with the brewing team to improve efficiency and consistency.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for multiple motivated and experienced Brewers to join uson a Permanent Full-Time basis at our Murwillumbah Brewery.

You'll get to work with a passionate crew who care about quality, sustainability, and having a good time doing it.

Shift requirement:

This is a rotating shift role across our 3-shift weekly pattern:

• Day Shift:6am - 2pm
• Afternoon Shift:2pm - 10pm
• Night Shift:10pm - 6am

What we're looking for:

We're after people who bring energy, initiative, and a love of learning. You'll be working closely with a skilled and empowered team, learning best-in-class brewing practices and helping to craft the beers we're proud of.

A few things that will help you hit the ground running:

• Experience in brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing
