Job summary

Stone & Wood in Murwillumbah is seeking multiple motivated Brewers to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You’ll work with a passionate crew focused on quality, sustainability, and great beer, across a rotating 3-shift pattern.

You’ll learn best-in-class brewing practices, contribute to the craft beers we’re proud of, and develop hands-on skills from a collaborative team in a brewery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewing equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain quality, safety, and hygiene across production shifts.
• Collaborate with a team to optimize processes and support continuous improvement.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for multiple motivated and experienced Brewers to join uson a Permanent Full-Time basis at our Murwillumbah Brewery.

You’ll get to work with a passionate crew who care about quality, sustainability, and having a good time doing it.

Shift requirement:

This is a rotating shift role across our 3-shift weekly pattern:

• Day Shift:6am – 2pm
• Afternoon Shift:2pm – 10pm
• Night Shift:10pm – 6am

What we’re looking for:

We’re after people who bring energy, initiative, and a love of learning. You’ll be working closely with a skilled and empowered team, learning best-in-class brewing practices and helping to craft the beers we’re proud of.

A few things that will help you hit the ground running:

• Experience in brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing (a plus, but not essential)
• A background in science, trades, mechanics, or engineering
• A curious mind and a passion for process, quality, and continuous improvement
• A reliable, hands-on approach with a team-first attitude
• And of course… a love of great beer!
