Job summary

Stone & Wood is hiring multiple experienced Brewers for a Permanent Full-Time role at our Murwillumbah Brewery, Australia. The position operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern (Day 6am–2pm, Afternoon 2pm–10pm, Night 10pm–6am) and involves working with a passionate crew focused on quality and sustainability.

You’ll learn best-in-class brewing practices, contribute to craft beer production, and collaborate with a skilled team that values process improvement and a sense of community.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing.
• A background in science, trades, mechanics, or engineering is a plus but not essential.
• A curious mind and a passion for process, quality, and continuous improvement.
• A reliable, hands-on approach with a team-first attitude.
• And of course… a love of great beer!

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for multiple motivated and experienced Brewers to join uson aPermanent Full-Time basis at our Murwillumbah Brewery.

You’ll get to work with a passionate crew who care about quality, sustainability, and having a good time doing it.

Shift requirement:

This is a rotating shift role across our 3-shift weekly pattern:

• Day Shift:6am – 2pm
• Afternoon Shift:2pm – 10pm
• Night Shift:10pm – 6am

What we’re looking for:

We’re after people who bring energy, initiative, and a love of learning. You’ll be working closely with a skilled and empowered team, learning best-in-class brewing practices and helping to craft the beers we’re proud of.
