Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking enthusiastic Tipper Drivers to join our Mackay or Emerald Fleet Team. You will deliver quarry products to internal plants and external sites, reporting to the Quarry Manager. This full-time role includes overtime and weekend work as needed, with base rate $34.20 per hour plus penalties.

Base locations can be Emerald or Mackay depending on your location. Your background should include an MC or HC licence, and you should be safety-focused with a clean

Qualifications

• MC or HC Licence is required.
• Operated Semi and truck and dog combinations is advantageous but not essential.
• Results focused, self-motivated and proud of your work.
• Front-end loader ticket is advantageous.
• Positive safety focus and good understanding of the Transport Industry.
• Willing to learn and progress within Heidelberg Materials Transport Department.
• Quad experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarry products to internal concrete plants and external job sites as directed.
• Drive reliable, well-maintained equipment and load and deliver as required.
• Communicate effectively with Quarry teams and customers, ensuring safety and service standards.
• Adhere to safety policies and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
