Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is hiring HC/MC licensed tipper drivers for a permanent full-time role based in Melbourne. Deliver quarry products to major infrastructure projects and enjoy the stability of ongoing work with weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

You will operate late-model trucks, join an experienced team, and be home every night while contributing to safe, efficient operations across Melbourne’s infrastructure sites.

Qualifications

• Current HC or MC licence.
• Experience driving tipper trucks.
• White Card (or willing to obtain).
• Pride in workmanship and truck presentation.
• Ability to problem-solve and contribute to team outcomes.
• Safety-first mindset and understanding of CoR and Standard Fatigue Hours.
• FEL ticket and basic mechanical understanding are an advantage (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model truck & dog combinations maintained to the highest standard.
• Deliver to Melbourne's largest infrastructure projects including civil, roads, rail and commercial developments.
• Join a team of experienced operators who look after their trucks, support each other, and take pride in the job.
