Job summary

Pentarch Group in Queensland is seeking Process Operators for our Mary Valley timber manufacturing operations in Imbil, Qld, with occasional work at Melawondi. You will operate timber processing machinery, grade and stack products, and support production targets with a strong safety focus.

This is permanent, full-time work offering a base hourly rate of 27.08 AUD plus Super, plus overtime when required. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team across

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines or labouring in production is desirable.
• Ability to travel to Melawondi and Imbil sites.
• High-risk forklift licence is advantageous.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
• Strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor timber processing machinery and plant.
• Grade, stack, sort, wrap, and strap timber products.
• Monitor machines, detect faults, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Handle inventory and provide production support duties.
• Manual handling of timber products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a constant focus on health and safety across all site areas.
