Job summary

DTM Timber in Tiaro, Queensland, seeks experienced Casual Process Operators to support production in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will work safely and to high standards, with on-the-job training and potential paths to ongoing full-time employment for the right candidates.

Day shifts run 6.30am–3.00pm Mon-Thurs and 6.30am–12.30pm Fri; duties include timber wrapping, general labour, machine operation, and fault reporting. A team-player attitude and timber knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Process Operator is welcomed.
• Casual role with genuine potential for ongoing full-time employment for the right candidates.

• On-the-job training provided to develop skills.
• Duties include machine operation, fault reporting and general labour.

We are seeking experienced Casual Process Operators to join the DTM team in Tiaro, Queensland. While these positions are offered on a casual basis, there are genuine opportunities for ongoing full-time employment for the right candidates.

As a Process Operator, you will play a key role in our production operations, ensuring processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will contribute to maintaining production targets while supporting a strong safety and teamwork culture.

• Reporting equipment faults

Day shift with availability:

6.30am - 3.00pm Mon - Thurs & 6.30 am - 12.30pm Friday.
