Job summary

Dale and Meyers Operations in Maryborough, QLD is seeking a casual Mill Hand to join our Dry Mill team. You will assist with timber processing, feeding and stacking timber, sorting and grading, operating basic machinery, and keeping work areas clean and safe.

The role requires reliability, physical fitness, and the ability to work as part of a team. Day shifts are 6:30am–3:00pm Monday to Thursday and 6:30am–12:30pm Fridays, with a potential move to full-time for the right candidate.

Dale and Meyers Operations – Maryborough QLD

We are seeking Casual Mill Hands for an immediate start to join our DTM team at our Dry Mill in Maryborough, QLD. As a Mill Hand, you will play a vital role in our production operations, ensuring the efficient and safe running of our operational processes.

The Role :

Assisting with timber processing and production

Feeding and stacking timber

Sorting, grading and handling timber products

Operating basic machinery and equipment

Keeping the mill and work areas clean and organised

Following workplace health and safety procedures

Assisting other team members as required

Requirements :

Reliable, punctual and physically fit

Ability to follow guidelines and specifications

Comfortable with repetitive work

Adherence to Work Place Health and Safety.

Day Shift 6.30am - 3.00pm Mon-Thurs & 6.30am to 12.30pm Fridays.
