Job summary

Torque Recruitment is seeking Labourers for ongoing work in Narangba, Queensland. The role involves heavy lifting, removing logs from a conveyor belt, sweeping and tidying the site at a Narangba-based timber mill.

Hours are 6:00am to 3:30pm (9.5-hour shifts) with a 4-day work week and penalties on top of hourly rate. Immediate start for candidates with a Construction White Card, valid licence and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• 6 months of proven general labouring experience.
• Current Driver Licence with reliable transport.
• Construction White Card required.
• Based near Narangba, QLD.
• Good fitness due to repeated heavy lifting.
• Drug and Alcohol test required prior to site entry.
• Hard working and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Heavy lifting and handling materials at a Narangba timber mill.
• Removing logs from the conveyor belt and sweeping.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
