Job summary

Geotruss in Australia is seeking Frame and Truss Assemblers to join our production team. You will cut and assemble timber frames and trusses and operate nail guns, saws, and other machinery to build high-quality structures.

We offer a 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday) with long weekends, optional overtime for additional hours and pay, and regular, ongoing work with stability and opportunities for growth in a supportive, safety‑focused facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand-held power tools is required.
• Commitment to safety in a factory environment is essential.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and assembling pre-fabricated timber frames and trusses.
• Operating nail guns, saws, and other machinery.
• Using various hand and power tools.
• Working as part of a skilled production team.
