Job summary

National Timber & Hardware Association in Narangba, QLD is seeking a Timber and Wood Production Trainee to join the team on a paid 18-month traineeship. Earn while you learn, with hands-on experience in timber processing, production and warehousing and gain a Certificate III in Timber and Wood Products Operations (FWP30322).

You’ll develop practical industry skills, work safely, follow instructions and grow in a supportive host environment with mentoring and on-the-job training.

Enjoy hands‑on work and learning how things are made? NTHA Trainees & Apprentices is seeking a motivated Timber and Wood Production Trainee to join our host employer in Narangba,QLD.

You’ll gain experience across timber processing, production and warehousing, learning how timber is graded, dried, stored and prepared for customer orders.
This is a great opportunity for someone with good communication skills, a practical approach to problem solving and a willingness to work and learn.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with timber processing and production operations
• Grade and sort timber to meet quality requirements
