Job summary

Transcend Workforce is seeking experienced TIG Welders for immediate start in Mordialloc. Join a busy workshop welding aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel, with tight-tolerance production practices that require precision and consistency.

Competitive shifts are available with steady hours and long-term potential. Two positions: Day shift at $40/hour and Afternoon shift at $46/hour, Monday to Thursday plus Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Proven TIG welding experience, including aluminium and stainless steel.
• Experience welding thin-gauge materials.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Producing clean, precise welds in a production environment.

TIG Welders – Day & Afternoon Shifts

Transcend Workforce have two positions open for experienced TIG Welders for an immediate start with an established sheet metal manufacturer in Mordialloc. Work in a busy workshop welding metal panels, brackets and components, with steady hours and long-term potential.

Day Shift – $40 per hour

• Monday to Thursday: 5:00am – 1:30pm
• Friday: 5:00am – 11:00am

Afternoon Shift – $46 per hour

• Monday to Thursday: 1:30pm – 10:00pm
• Friday: 11:00am – 5:00pm

The Role

• TIG welding aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel.
• Working with thin-gauge materials from 0.9mm - 3.0mm – 1mm.
