Job summary

Flashh is a growing and established men's and women's fashion retailer with three busy stores across Western and South-Western Sydney. The Retail Manager will drive day-to-day performance, collaborate with store teams, and ensure top-notch customer experience across Bonnyrigg, Minto and Stanhope Gardens locations.

Key responsibilities include leading teams, boosting sales, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining visual standards while coordinating staffing and development across three stores.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or Senior Retail Supervisor.
• Experience managing a busy, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of retail KPIs.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience with rostering, stock management and retail operations.
• A positive, energetic and hands-on approach.
• Flexibility to work across three store locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop retail staff across all stores.
• Take primary responsibility for the performance of the busy Bonnyrigg store.
• Drive sales, profitability and achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor store KPIs, sales performance and staff productivity.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customers receive a positive shopping experience.
• Coach staff in selling techniques, product knowledge, customer service and conversion.
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave and day-to-day staffing requirements.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
