MacKillop Family Services invites you to join a dedicated team in NSW as a House Supervisor. You will lead a youth residential care home, oversee daily care, and guide residential workers to support young people with complex needs in a therapeutic setting.

We value compassionate leadership, teamwork, and strong commitment to safety. The role is permanent, full-time, based in Penrith and surrounding areas, with SCHADS standards and structured training included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social work or equivalent required.
• Experience developing behavioural management programs for children and adolescents.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and work independently with sound judgement.
• Knowledge of residential care in a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a youth residential care home and oversee daily care.
• Guide a team of residential care workers and support young people with complex needs.
• Contribute to creating a safe, therapeutic environment in ITC.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and safeguarding requirements.
