MacKillop Family Services Pty is seeking an Assistant House Supervisor to lead a Residential Care team within our OOHC program in the Northern region. You will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for young people.

The role requires guiding staff, developing care plans, and upholding therapeutic, trauma-informed practices while collaborating with families and external stakeholders. Immediate shortlisting may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four mandatory competencies (top up units) or Diploma with substantial experience and four mandatory competencies.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead and support a team of residential care workers.
• Experience in development of behavioural management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours.
• Knowledge of the residential care field, particularly in a therapeutic environment.
• Ability to participate collaboratively within teams and exercise initiative when working alone.
