Job summary

Village Roadshow Theme Parks is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee major capital construction across our parks on the Gold Coast. You’ll drive the full lifecycle from concept through construction, approvals and handover, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.

You will coordinate across stakeholders, manage consultants, and uphold VRTP design standards while leading teams to deliver high quality, safe and compliant projects.

Qualifications

• Formal industry qualifications in construction or project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership experience.
• Excellent budgeting, analytics and business management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management software.

Responsibilities

• Scope project requirements with stakeholders and develop costings and CAPEX submissions.
• Coordinate capital construction programs with park safety requirements.
• Lead full lifecycle of capital construction projects from scoping to handover.
• Develop and manage design and construction programs, chair design meetings.
• Manage building approvals and regulatory requirements with authorities.
• Oversee tender processes, contractor engagement, and delivery.
• Monitor project performance including budget, risk, and schedule.
• Manage contract administration including progress claims and variations.
