Job summary

Village Roadshow Theme Parks Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major capital construction across our parks, including Movie World and Sea World. You will manage the full lifecycle from concept through to handover, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule and budget.

The role requires formal qualifications, leadership and budgeting skills, with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Formally qualified in construction or project management.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
• Strong budgeting, analytical and business management capabilities.
• Good self-organisation, problem solving and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Comprehensive construction WH&S knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of capital construction projects from scoping to handover.
• Coordinate consultants, develop program schedules and costings.
• Manage design management, approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee tender processes, contractor engagement and delivery quality.
• Track finances, risks and progress for monthly reporting.
