ISLHD is seeking a Registered Nurse with recent operating theatre experience to join Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital’s theatre team as a Scrub-Scout Nurse.

You will provide skilled scrub and scout nursing care, uphold infection prevention standards, and contribute to positive surgical outcomes while developing clinically.

We value teamwork, professional development and person‑centred care, with training and support in a dynamic perioperative environment.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA Registration and recent operating theatre experience.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Vaccination requirements for Category A role as per NSW Health policy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scrub and scout nursing care within a collaborative theatre team.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient safety to support positive surgical outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement, education and best‑practice perioperative nursing.
