Job summary

North West Private Hospital – Everton Park QLD requires a highly motivated Registered Nurse for a permanent part‑time Nurse Unit Manager role within the Theatre team. You will mentor and lead a team, ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care and optimal outcomes, while aligning with Ramsay Health Care standards and best practice.

You will report to the Director of Clinical Services and drive workforce management, rostering and resource use in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Theatre nursing experience of 5+ years is highly desirable for this leadership role.
• Senior nurse or managerial experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for clinical, operational and professional leadership of the unit.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high‑quality patient care and outcomes.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing practices in line with Ramsay Health Care standards.
